Mr. Brown co-founded MVP in 1985. Mr. Brown has been active in the private equity business for over thirty years and was instrumental in the establishment of the private equity/venture capital industry in the Philadelphia area. Prior to MVP, Mr.Brown was a principal in a merchant banking firm active in private equity. He began his professional career with Arthur Andersen. Following Andersen, he joined Buckeye Pipeline Company, a subsidiary of The Penn Central Corporation, as a financial analyst. After Buckeye, Mr. Brown practiced corporate tax law at the firm of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Philadelphia.

Mr. Brown has served on numerous corporate boards, and presently serves as a director of ANI Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:
ANIP) , Planalytics, SupplyOne and several others. Mr. Brown is a graduate of Princeton University, the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and the Law School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Penn joined MVP in 2000 from Boston Millennia Partners, a private equity firm where he was a Partner. From 1994 to 1998, Mr. Penn was President and CEO of Tektagen, Inc., a leading contract services firm serving the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Tektagen was successfully sold to Charles River Laboratories, Inc. in 1998. Prior to Tektagen, Mr. Penn was President of Independence Ventures, Inc., a firm that specialized in starting and building high-potential, technology-based companies. Earlier in his career he held several positions in industry and venture capital.

Mr. Penn has served on numerous corporate boards, and presently serves as a director of Northern Contours and Compass Water Solutions, as well as several others. Mr. Penn is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Mr. Brown joined MVP in 2015. Since that time, he has originated investments in technology and consumer products and currently sits on the boards of xtraCHEF, Saxbys, Spread Bagelry and Workhorse Brewing Company. Prior to MVP, Mr. Brown practiced corporate law at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP in Philadelphia, where his practice focused on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital and credit financing. Before Morgan Lewis, Mr. Brown worked in the general counsel’s office of Tyco Electronics Ltd. supporting the company’s corporate development activities. Mr.Brown’s responsibilities at MVP include investment oversight of several of MVP’s portfolio companies in addition to the internal counsel function.

Mr. Brown is a graduate of Princeton University and the Washington College of Law at American University, where he served as an editor of the American University Law Review.

Mr. Charlton joined MVP Capital in 2015. His responsibilities include investment origination, negotiation, portfolio monitoring and exit strategy evaluation. Mr. Charlton currently serves on the boards of Planalytics, Spread Bagelry and Northern Contours. He previously served as a prosecutor in New York City, where where he
investigated and prosecuted both financial and violent crime, winning numerous jury trials. Prior to government service, he worked in Venture Capital focusing on consumer goods in North America and Europe.

Mr. Charlton is a graduate of Connecticut College and Fordham University School of Law, and was a law clerk to Hon. Delissa A. Ridgway at the US Court of International Trade in New York.

Mr. Graham joined MVP in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and has over 25 years of operational and financial management experience. Prior to MVP, Mr. Graham was the Managing Director at Penn Venture Partners, L.P.,where he still serves as a board member for several companies. Earlier in his career, Mr. Graham was President of
Cavan Road Capital, a financial and management consulting company. He was also VP Finance and Chief Operating Officer of Legal Communications, Ltd, one of MVP I’s original portfolio companies.

Mr. Graham is a graduate of LaSalle University and has his MBA with a concentration in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.

Mr. Brown joined MVP in 2008 as an Analyst, became an Associate in 2011 and Vice President in 2015. Mr. Brown has worked with several MVP portfolio companies during his tenure, including Air Chef, Saxbys, Swiss Farms, Planalytics and York Risk Services. He also supports the Firm’s financial reporting process to its investors.

Mr. Brown is a graduate of Villanova University where he studied History, and he also has an MBA from Villanova. He has a degree from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment where he studied sustainability in business and was designated a Nicholas Scholar.

Mr. Moyer joined MVP in 2018 as Vice President Portfolio Finance. Prior to MVP, he spent 10 years in the auditing practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP, in the Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., New York, and Tokyo offices. Mr. Moyer’s responsibilities at MVP include investment and finance oversight of several of MVP’s portfolio companies.

Mr. Moyer is a graduate of Temple University and is a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania.
