MVP Capital was founded in 1985 as Meridian Venture Partners, one of the first institutional venture capital firms in the Philadelphia region.  Over time, the firm has expanded its investment activities from pure venture to a broader set of partnerships, including buyouts and recapitalizations of later-stage lower middle market companies.  We seek to partner with companies that effectively serve their markets and are led by management teams with high integrity and an entrepreneurial spirit.  We have historically deployed $5 million to $20 million per investment, however we remain flexible for the right opportunities.
