Josh Charlton

Principal

Mr. Charlton joined MVP Capital in 2015. His responsibilities include investment origination, negotiation, portfolio monitoring and exit strategy evaluation. Mr. Charlton currently serves on the boards of Planalytics, Spread Bagelry and Northern Contours. He previously served as a prosecutor in New York City, where where he investigated and prosecuted both financial and violent crime, winning numerous jury trials. Prior to government service, he worked in venture capital focusing on consumer goods in North America and Europe.

Mr. Charlton is a graduate of Connecticut College and Fordham University School of Law, and was a law clerk to Hon. Delissa A. Ridgway at the US Court of International Trade in New York.
